I am currently working as a Land Administration Advisor with EOG Resources, Inc in the Owner Relations Group. I have 25+ years in the area of Land Administration for Upstream Oil and Gas companies.  I have worked in various leadership roles as a professional and volunteer.

I am the father of 3 – Kristen, Danielle and Jason – and the grandfather of 4 boys.  I married Leon Johnson-Guillory on October 3, 2013, and we have been together since January 15, 2003, more than 21 years.  I am a passionate leader, and have been contributing to the LGBTQ community since 1996.  A significant part of my advocacy work was with The Men's Gathering of Houston and working with the Human Rights Campaign at a local and national level from 2005 to 2014, and currently as a Board Member since March 2021 with The Montrose Center.
